How fast can you come out?
Same or next business day for most service calls. Emergency no-heat or no-cool gets prioritized — we've got a 24/7 line for that.
Do you charge for estimates?
Nope. In-home quotes on new systems are always free, and the diagnostic fee is waived when you move forward with the repair.
Which brands do you install?
Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Mitsubishi, and Rheem are our most common. We service every major brand. We'll recommend based on your home, not on what gives us the best margin.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — CA contractor license #987654, fully insured, and every tech is NATE-certified. Happy to send copies over email before any work.
Do you offer financing?
We do. 0% APR for 18 months on qualifying new systems, subject to credit approval. We can pre-qualify you in about 5 minutes.
What's your warranty?
1-year labor warranty on all repairs. Installations come with the full manufacturer warranty plus a 2-year labor warranty from us.
